Recently our team at Elite Home Remodeling completed a sunroom remodel in Turnersville, NJ for a new client. This client was fed up with their old sunroom being unfinished and outdated, they wanted to enjoy this space and with the shape it was in, they couldn't. The client took to the internet to search for a local premier home remodeling company that could turn their space into an enjoyable area. The client contacted us to give them an estimate on this remodel and once the estimate was agreed to, our team got to work.
We began by fully stripping the floor, we then installed new oak wood flooring. We then removed the windows and installed new insulation in the walls, we then installed new windows. After that we adjusted the wiring in the sunroom, adding additional electrical outlets, and we moved the light switches to better fit the new insulation. Our team also removed the old worn patio door as it was causing drafts and over all wasn't secure for the home. The new patio door installed not only is secure but it is also air tight making sure no unwanted outside temperatures get in. We then installed new siding on the outside to have the sunroom look the same as the rest of the home. Our crew then installed new trim along the inside walls and finished out the job by giving the walls and ceiling a fresh coat of paint. Once the job was completed we did a full clean up to create less of a hassle for the client, and got final billing situated.
