Our team at Elite Home Remodeling recently completed a first floor home renovation in Sicklerville, NJ for a new client. The client had an outdated first floor, featuring a tile-floored entryway, the stairs going up to the second floor had old carpets, and their living/dining room had the same old carpets. The client knew they had to get a renovation done. Doing a quick online search the client discovered our team at Elite Home Remodeling and upon reviewing our previous works, they decided to reach out. We visited the client's home and provided them with an estimate for the home renovation in Sicklerville, NJ. Once the price was agreed upon our team got to work.
We began by removing the tile flooring & old brown carpeting and replacing it with new hardwood flooring. Our team did the same going up the steps, replacing the carpet on the steps with wood boards accented with white trim. The railing was also replaced to fit the theme of the rest of the room. New light fixtures were added to the dining area and living spaces. The powder room downstairs also needed renovating, we replaced the tile flooring with new granite tiles, installed a new vanity, and added new lighting fixtures to complete the powder room. To finish out the job our team created a design on their walls using white trim to add more of an elegant feel to the client's living space. Our team then did a full clean-up of the job site and ensured every bit of the first floor home renovation in Sicklerville, NJ was to the client's liking.
